The Sand Point plan is a designed with bedroom wings to each side with a center great room. The first floor is composed of three bedrooms, two baths, and first floor laundry. The kitchen, tucked behind the log staircase also has a walk in pantry. The Sand Point is shown here in a handcrafted log home style.
