Planning Sets-

To help with planning your new log home, we are pleased to offer a Planning Set for any of our stock plans for $99. For $99 you receive an emailed PDF file and a permission slip granting you permission to print hard copies for planning and gathering subcontractor cost purposes. The plans can be emailed to any print shop that offers blueprint size printing. Often stores such as Staples, Office Max, some local office stores, and even UPS stores are able to offer this service.

All plans are in black and white and come with approximately 2 to 4 pages of information, depending on the size of the home. Black-and-white printing is much less costly than color.

How Big Is That Room?

A planning set is full blueprints size 24″x 36″ and comes with elevations, floor plans, door and window, schedule, room sizes, and other construction details. Our customers have found it very helpful to be able to roll the hard copies out and mark them with desired changes and use room measurements on the plans to compare to existing rooms and spaces. How big is that master bedroom you are living in today? How does that compare with the size you want or need in your future home? The planning sets, a measuring tape, and some well-spent time help to solve a lot of design questions. Also, the accompanying door and window schedule allows you to shop locally for door and window costs.
