The Explorer III log home plan is designed as a 30′ x 40′  log cabin with a covered porch and full daylight basement.  The first floor plan includes an open great room, master suite, wide great room, and two bedrooms. The finished basement accommodates three more bedrooms, a full bath, laundry, and a family room. This plan is shown in the 8-inch milled log style with saddle-notched corners and a log roof system.  Cowboy Log Homes
