This is a chalet type log home. With the wall of windows reaching floor to ceiling, the chalet gains its name from its European cousins. The logs are 8×8 Round on Round style. The roof system is a round handcrafted log ridge beam and purloins system. The ends of the logs are visible on the front of the home. The purloins add a lot of character to the exterior of a home.
