Hi Jeri, We are happy to supply log scissor trusses or standard trusses with your package. A good ball park for a turn key price on a log home in Montana is about $150 per square foot on a full basement. If you plan to have some of the work done ahead of time, such as the basement or if you plan to do the work yourself, then that price would be adjusted accordingly. If you have a floor plan, feel free to send it over to us and we can give you a price quote estimate based on your plan. Best of luck with your home selling! Mike

I am hoping to build soon depending on the sale of my house. I want a 30 X 40 log cabin, one level and I am using scissor trusses. I am thinking probably 9 inch logs. I am putting it on a full basement which of course I will have done. Would it be possible to give me a ball park number on the price and what exactly does it include? Thank you. Jeri
