This is an eight sided post for a custom log gazebo top. Post and beam construction is found in more places that many people realize. Log homes, both handcrafted and milled, go hand in hand with the post and beam style. Each piece for this hub was hand cut to fit precisly in an individual place. At times screws are used to hold some joints together, as is seen here. The sheer size of the main post of this project is very impressive.  Cowboy Log Homes
