I am not sure that “Large Post and Beam Home” is adequate to describe this home. This is actually a 20,000 square foot home built for a private resident in Pennsylvania. Just the round log superstructure took about 18 months for Lake Country to craft. It was built in sections and then shipped in increments. This home has a huge scissor truss on the front of the great room. The large prowled post and beam prowl portico was the last addition to this home. Two log gazebo turrets can be seen on each side of this home. Flair posts (natural tree bottoms) can be seen on the log turret on the left and on the ground level on the right. Cowboy Log Homes
