The King truss is one of the most commonly used styles in log homes and post and beam homes. The King truss has a flat bottom and webbing in the middle. Trusses can vary in appearance and still fall into the King truss category. The main requirement include the flat bottom of the truss and the main webbing logs pointing inward towards middle of the bottom of the truss. All of our trusses are fully handcrafted and utilize the traditional style of mortise and tenon instead of the less crafted metal plating seen on some homes. Cowboy Log Homes
