This is the front of the Hunter Plan. The Hunter is round post and beam construction. Also a post and beam garage with log siding is visible on the right hand side. The tall posts on the front of the home are flair posts, wider at the bottom and narrower towards the top. This home was built on a crawl space due to the site being on a lake front and a coinciding high water table.
