Our log homes (except handcrafted log) utilize finger joinery. This joint is precut at the mill and ready to be stacked. With this method a tighter joint is achieved and the precutting makes is more accurate and precise than if cut on site. Finger joinery is the best in the business. Produced by our CNC machine, a fully computerized milling method is used to give a fully pre-cut package. A fully pre-cut and pre-numbered log home kit can save as much as three or four months of time on the job site. For example a 30×50 ranch log home stacked with a four man crew in just a few days.
