This is a handcrafted log home shell in stacked logs that is fully erected. Notice how the log roof beams are flat on the top. The ridge beam has a pitch cut on both sides of the top. This allows for roofing material to be installed as soon as the log home shell is re-erected at the new home site. Also visible on the end of this handcrafted log cabin is a modified king truss. The log walls show all door and window opening precut and ready for finish material. Now that the shell is complete all of the log surfaces will be hand sanded, the logs will be numbered, and the logs will be unstacked and packaged for shipment. Cowboy Log Homes
