This photo shows a log lodge under construction in the Philippians. Log siding is being installed on the exterior walls. This is our 2×8 log siding made from Lodge Pole Pine. The log siding is cut at angles to make 90 degree corners. Other methods for finishing corners includes false log corners or heavy vertical log posts. Log siding is a good option when someone wants the look of log on the outside but not on the inside. The 2×8 ship lap log siding has a flang protruding out of the top for installation.
