This is the Lodge after dark. Recessed lighting and outdoor wall fixtures make this unique place come alive. The spiral log staircase, tracing its way from the upper level down to the covered deck on the first level was handcrafted by Lake Country. The stairs and railing were all hand carved to fit together. Getting a hand railing to curve that much is not easy. Heavy 13″ mean diameter turned logs are used for all the log accent work and trusses. In daylight pictures it is easier to see the light Englmann Spruce wood species that was chosen for this project.
