Interior of Lodge

This photo shows more of the interior of the Crystal Creek Lodge. The Western Red Cedar handcrafted staircase is visible in front of the stone fireplace chimney. The large post, beam, and second floor floor joist stand out. Even though this lodge is stacked log walls, this photo is a great example of the round post and beam style of superstructure. 1×6 pine tongue and groove is used on both the walls and the ceilings. The floor tileĀ is also creatively designed to look like a rug patten, when it is in fact ceramic tile. Cowboy Log Homes
